Wanderlust

Surf Camp, Arugam Bay

FAQs

1. Do I need any surfing experience to join the camp?

Not at all! We welcome complete beginners as well as experienced surfers. Our instructors tailor each session to your level, so whether it’s your first time on a board or your hundredth, you’ll feel supported and challenged.

2. What’s included in the surf camp package?

Packages typically include accommodation, daily surf lessons, video analysis sessions, yoga classes, and access to our communal kitchen and chill-out areas. Some packages may also include cultural experiences and massage—just ask!

3. What should I bring with me?

Bring swimwear, sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, and something comfy for yoga. We provide surfboards, rash guards, and yoga mats, but feel free to bring your own gear if you prefer.

4. What is a typical day like at the camp?

Each day usually starts with surfing in the morning, followed by optional yoga, chill time, or local exploration. Evenings often involve surf video reviews, shared meals, and community hangouts.

5. Can I come alone?

Absolutely! Many of our guests travel solo, and our warm, inclusive vibe makes it easy to meet new people and feel part of something from the moment you arrive.
